no longer live input with S4mk3 and TRAKTOR PRO

Hey all, need help with my setup. at a short while the Live input on my S4 will not longer works. In the standalone modus without connections to the pc the Line input works well.
if I connect the controller and run the Software no signal comes into the live decks.
it is the same result on every input channel. in the past it works well and I doesn't change my settings. Usually I run the software on my Mac with Ventura 13.7.1 and TRAKTOR PRO 3 or 4 (with the latest update) The Firmware at the Controller is 0.6.1
on a Win10 PC and a older TRAKTOR PRO 3 Version I'f got the same issue.
any ideas?
