why does maschine 3 take so longto start and scan plugins folder?

in Maschine

any other program i use takes about 30 seconds to scan a folder of 500 plugins, but im sitting here waiting 10 minutes for maschine to scan

    make that 20 minutes…. still scanning what is going on? is this for real?

    just opening the preferences is so sluggish, try dragging the bar down in the hardware tab where it says inputs/outputs. this is very bad coding. think im going to revert back to maschine 2. just like komplete kontrol, ni have taken an update backwards.

    so frustrating. im tired of being used as a guinea pig by a company i have invested so much money into. ni do not care about their users

    pops, clicks and stutters when loading kontakt instruments by pressing next.

    im done. reverting back to v2

    my advice to anyone is save your money until its stable and works properly

    also , komplete kontrol mark 2 keyboards, the light guide no longer works

    how do i get a refund? extremely unhappy customer

    ni refunded me without any trouble so for that im grateful . however, sooner or later i will update when its more stable, the new gui is harder on the eyes, especially the tabs where you switch between groups/sounds/etc and also the tags. i wish ni would employ some people who actually use their products on a daily basis to get feedback from, the majority of feedback ive read online is negative, this also goes for komplete kontrol 3 software and the new browser on kontakt 8, it always feels like they are trying their hardest to go backwards.
