Hey All, I was wondering if there was anybody who could help me with the below.

I have recently purchased the MK3 and I am having some issues with connecting the hardware to the Maschine Software.
I am also having an issue with loading up the Maschine 2 Software, The  loading screen is getting stuck on the 'Locate Waves 9.3 Plug-ins folder.
I have tried numerous attempts, including following all the guidelines on the NI website to resolve this problem and still no joy.
I have restarted and re-installed the Maschine software several times and still no luck.
I have Uninstalled Native Access, and then re-Installed Native Access, and yet again still no joy.
I do not have waves 9.3 Plug-ins on my computer anymore, and it cannot be downloaded on my version the Mac, which is Mac OS Montery.

Does anybody have any possible solutions for these issues i having?

Thanks

Regarding the connection between hardware and software, did you install the latest version of the Maschine software? Does the Maschine software have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

You should also check this article: My Maschine Controller Does Not Start

Now regarding the Waves 9.3 error message. Is this still installed on your system? That sounds like a very old version of Waves plug-ins that are probably not supported on a recent Mac operating system.

You didn't mention if it's an Intel or Silicon MAc.

HI Jeremy, thanks for getting in touch,

Regarding the 'Full Disk Access i have checked that that the Maschine 2 has full access enabled, all appears to be fine on that front.

So with the Waves 9.3 error message, I no longer have Waves 9.3 on my computer, I have the new version Waves 15.

Regarding my Mac, it is a  Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5, and my current version is the OS Monterey 12.7

Then please follow the steps in My Maschine Controller Does Not Start. Any luck?

For the Waves 9.4, double check that there are no related plug-in present files in these folders:

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3

If the message still shows up n Maschine, reset the database:

    Reinitialize the Maschine Database

    1. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Maschine 2 folder.
    3. Delete only the Maschine 2 folder found here.
