Tons of already installed Extensions on my Native Access!

I am with all the people responding that Native Access has kept all updates that are already installed! The list keeps expanding and I have sent multiple questions to Native Instruments on how to get them off. All the Expansions are updated and working fine. The list is now at fifteen updates? I have sent multiple screenshots shortly my updates at -0- to. 585k. Don’t try to load them. They will always show ip as “Failed”
Help?
