Maschine + mode controller & clavier

Could i use m32 with maschine + as a controller. I dont want to plug the m32 on my computer.

if you're asking if you can have M+ connected to your computer in controller mode and the m32 connected to the USB port of M+:

No. The ports are not active when in controller mode.
