Upgrade from Komplete 13 to 13 Ultimate - refund Alicia's Keys ?

I recently purchased Komplete 13 (about 5 days ago, 3rd June). I also bought Alicia's Keys stand-alone.

I am now reconsidering and would like to get Komplete Ultimate instead, but Alicia's Keys is included in that.

Would it be too late to have Alicia's Keys refunded ?

I guess, SW cannot be refunded if one has installed it. Have you installed it?

Anyway, you may try to ask NI support. They might exchange it to something another or discount it from K13U upgrade price.....

Unfortunately, I already installed it.

I'll try contacting support. As you say, they could deduct it from the upgrade to 13 Ultimate, it's not as if I'm asking my money back...

If getting a refund fails, you could (possibly) just simply sell it - here's how that works:
