Found my original Maschine Mikro MK1 + Software Disc & Serial, but can't install on Native Access?

I have my serial number and disc at the ready, and when I type them into Native Access, it accepts the serial but no software options for download appear?

I'd like to get back into beat making and sampling, but I'm not sure why it's not working. Any pointers would be much appreciated

Did you buy the upgrade to Maschine 2 software at any point? If you only have the original Maschine 1 version you might need to download the older version of Native Access to get the MK1 version. You can download it from this page, and you'll need to uninstall NA2 before you install it - Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems – Native Instruments

You might want to look into upgrading from Maschine 1 to Maschine 2 so you get the latest version. Unfortunately the upcoming version (Maschine 3) isn't compatible with the MK1/MK2 hardware so Maschine 2 is the last version you'll be able to load.

IIRC, Maschine 1 was before NA and downloads. You had to install the software from the CD ROM. But I don’t remember how the license key input worked, just that it was printed on a small label on the disc cover.
