My Komplete keyboard won't start. It stays on an endless startup??
Hello Everyone My Komplete won't start. It stays on an endless startup.
I've had my computer for about a year and I hadn't had any problems, until a day ago when I turned it on to work, the lights turned on but I realized it didn't do anything else, and it repeats the same thing without starting. I tried all the methods mentioned on the page but I haven't had any success. If anyone knows or has gone through the same thing I would appreciate your help.

Unfortunately this seems to be a recurring issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access and cleared out all the old files it left behind and that worked for me.

Please tell version of OS used ? as well as version of Native Access used ? Also , please provide a screenshot of any error messages.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads),

Hello, Poor Fellow ,my operating system version is Windows 11 Home version (22631.4317), and the Native Access version is now 2, I just deleted version 1 and removed all possible files. Now I have version 2 installed, but I still get the same error. The komplete turns on but it is the same, it continues to turn on continuously without finishing.
Jamie Hunter, Thanks. My question is, did you also delete purchased or downloaded sound packs?

Sorry but this description is not very exact as to exactly how far N.A. get to load.
Please provide a screenshot of when N.A. "continues to turn on continuously without finishing" if there is no error given.
Otherwise then please check the following help resources :

- In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments >

Next please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:

Hi guys, thanks for your answers
Jeremy I did everything you told me but it's still the same, as I told you before the only thing the Komplete does is turn on the lights one after another and there is no end, on my computer screen it doesn't show anything strange

I'm sorry, I understood that it was the Komplete Kontrol plug-in/application that was not starting, it seems it's the keyboard. Please follow thse steps then: My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start

Very sorry , I also misunderstood the Komplete expression used.
You keyboard could be faulty or you could have a faulty cable or a faulty USB port and if using a PSU then that could also be faulty.
So please both test if cable is OK cable , and try another USB port and lastly another computer.
You can also try asking N.I. Hardware Support to see if they can help.

Hey guys, yes! I've already changed the cable, the inputs and finally the computer and I'm not getting any results. I think the problem could be in the hardware. Which is unfortunate because it has never received any blows or anything like that. So how could it fail for no reason? Thank you very much for your answers.

If you tried all the steps in the article (My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start) and tested on another computer, then yes that looks like a hardware issue, please get in touch here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware
