Where did the mouse go???

I was putting together a folder for a gig later this month. All of a sudden the mouse locked up. I unplugged the wireless mouse and reseated it (low hanging fruit). Then I checked the mousepad on the laptop, a Macbook Pro M3, Nope not working either. I then unplugged the docking station, nope, and finally had to force close Traktor and that finally got it back but I rebooted the damn computer so I could restart with clean ram.
