Selling S49 MK2 with software - how does this affect my existing software purchases?

I bought a S61 MK3 as a gear upgrade. I am selling my older S49 MK2. What happens to all the upgrades and purchases that I bought while using the original S49 purchase?

The current buyer is asking if I will include the bundled software it came with.

For example, I now own, Komplete 14 collectors edition and I am about to upgrade to Komplete 15 Collectors Edition.

I'm concerned that if I sell he S49 MK2 I may lose some of the software that I upgraded to over the past couple of years.

Any help would be great.

Thanks!

Unregister you Kontrol S49 Mk2 in your account - and only your S49 hardware! No software!

You will get a Licence Transfer ID, pass this ID with the S49 to the buyer. The buyer will get the same software (or maybe a newer version of it) you got with your S49. All your software licence will stay in your account and upgrade licence will stay valid this way.
