Suddenly, browsing presets via Standalone Kontakt browser and Content Missing

Hello, excuse my newbie post here. Suddenly I couldn't normally load preset from any of my installed Kontakt instrument libraries anymore. Cannot select the .nki file regarding the library location in Native Access is correct. Help.

Can you give us more details? What's your operating system? Is it in the new view or the classic view? Do you get an error message? Please post some screenshots if it can help.
