my system doesn't run Traktor 4

I used to use Traktor Scratch Pro 2. I changed my Mac and now I use Catalina OS 10.15. It turns out that I can no longer use Traktor Scratch Pro 2. Although it opens on my Mac, I can't install the full version through the serial number on Native Access. They only released the free version of Traktor 2, so I bought Traktor 4.

. So I'm thinking about releasing Traktor 3. Native hasn't responded to my emails. Does anyone know what I need to do? I've tried everything and I can't run any of the Traktors.

Well it is quite simple: macOS 10.15 is to new for Traktor (Scratch) Pro 2 and to old for Traktor Pro 4.

Traktor (Scratch) Pro 2 is supported on macOS up to 10.13.

Traktor Pro 4 requires at least macOS 12. As you say you got TSP2 installed it is maybe worth a try to get Native Access 1.10.0 and try if it activates TSP2 on your Mac. But I won't promise anything.

What you need for macOS 10.15 is Traktor Pro 3. But you cannot buy this anymore from NI - you need to find some one who sells his licence to you.

Best solution would be to get up to macOS 12, 13 or 14 (but not yet 15) and use Traktor Pro 4.

My MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) is not compatible with Os 12. I will try to download this version of Native Access.

Has native discontinued Traktor 3? could release the license.

With the release of Traktor Pro 4 in July Traktor Pro 3 was discontinued.

Option 1: Downgrade your MacBook to macOS 10.13 or older. And run Traktor Scratch Pro 2.

Option 2: Try upgrading it to macOS 12 with Open Core Legacy Patcher. And run Traktor Pro 4
Option 3: Get a Mac which supports at least macOS 12 and run Traktor Pro 4.

Option 4: Install Windows 10 with BootCamp and run Traktor Pro 4 on Windows (maybe even TSP2 runs).

Option 5: Find someone who transfers his Traktor Pro 3 licence to you and use TP3.
