traktor kontrol s4 loosing power when jogging

so since I cant find anything on how to actually contact support about this, ill ask it here. my situation is very simple, when i have two track playing at the same time if I jog on of the wheels backwards my whole deck looses power and restarts. yes my power cord is fine, yes my usb cord is fine and not plugged in to a ****** usb hub. its such a strange issue that idk what more information to put here. if theres anything you need to help me just let me know thanks.

I think you have connected it with a power supply? Have you changed USB cables or clean USB connections, maybe it don't looses power it may loose connection for whatever reason.

im not bumping anything when it happens, there are no loose connections at all. seems like a software or firmware bug

Could you share with us the version of Traktor you are using?

Please try by updating the Firmaware of your S4 and having your windows updated. This can be creating an issue.
