i just got contact 6 and its crashing every time i open it

Hi sadf,
Kontakt 6 also always crashed as soon as I tried to open it - whether standalone or as VST2/3 within Ableton Live.
NI support suggested the following: Reinstall Kontakt 6, install Kontakt 8 Player, open Kontakt 8 Player, close Kontakt 8 Player and then open Kontakt 6 as a standalone.
That solved my problem.

Alas then they are not viewable as text so I can not use them , I suppose that information from Event Viewer (provided that you are using Windows as says your profile) might have been readable.
Could you please tell what is you computer type ? (PC ?) and exact OS version ? , version of Native Access used ? and update version of Kontakt 6 used ? (Kontakt 6.x.x ?)
Also please provide a screenshot of error messages of crash if any , or give exact error message if any.
