Guitar rig 5 asks for Service Center to activate
I know Guitar Rig 5 is old, but it opens when I run Logic in Rosetta on my new system. BUT, it opens in DEMO mode and asks for "Service Center" to activate. I see it in Native Access, and have tried to activate, reload etc. but nothing seems to help. Any ideas are welcome.
Thank you

You need to use Native Access 1 to activate GR5. If you're running NA2 (ie version 3.something) uninstall it, install Native Access 1 from here -
Once it's activated you can install NA2 again.

Thank you. I'll try that.

So I downloaded this version since it went with my operating system… and since I have an M1 I didn't use the "Intel version".. but it seems to be "Installing dependancies" forever… so I'm wondering if it's compatible with my M1 running Sonoma 14.4. Also, mentioned Native Access 1… the version I downloaded is some sort of version 3. If I download and version 1.14.1.. it says it's for OS 10.12, 10.13.. which I am not running. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you

Didn't realise you were on Sonoma, that could be problem, it's likely NA1 doesn't support that OS. @Jeremy_NI might be able to jump in here, but probably not until Monday.
If you drop your machine/os details into your profile that'd be helpful.

Thank you for the assistance. Currently running M1 chip.. OS Sonoma 14.4. When I download and try to open "Native Access" 3.2.3, Dependency installation spins indefinitely. I am able to open the version "Native Access 2" v 3.14.0. But I'm not seeing Guitar Rig.
Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

Do you have Rosetta installed on your Mac?
