My traktor S4 mk3 using pro 4 software no longer recognises my sm58

I have been using my S4 to live stream on Tiktok, I usually use the front microphone socket using a jack plug , might I add , I have been also using a R∅DE NT1 with a phantom power source which worked perfectly .

Next time I use the mixer for my usual nights work, there is no sound coming into the mixer and showing from my sm58 . Or out of deck c using the rear jack plug socket although both decks work ok playing music , I have tried a different microphone and different leads , but nothing through deck D or C at all as live in

Please help

I have 3 parties to do in the next few weeks where I will need a microphone .

Any suggestions pleas

if you use Mac OS, make sure that Traktor has access to your microphone. https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000471958-macOS-Dialog-App-Name-would-like-to-access-the-microphone

Did you route the mic to a channel or to aux?
