Traktor Kntrol S5 + Kontrol F1

Hey there,

i own an S5 and want to use the Remix Deck on Deck D as a Step Sequencer.

For that reason, i got an Kontrol F1.

Does anyone know, how to Set that up properly?

What i did:

Connected to Laptop, Added Keontrol F! for Deck D in Controller Manager, set it on User Map.

When i now klick SHIFT and BROWSE, the device gets into Step Sequener Mode.

But i cant load a Drumkit or get into Step Sequencer Mode in the Software.

Deck D still is a Remix Deck where i can load Saples, but i cant use it as a Step Sequncer Dek wit an 808 or 909 Kit.

Does anyone have experience with that setup?

I have Traktor 3 pro and 4 pro

Here is where to find the mapping you need (Add…→Pre-mapped→Native Instruments→F1 Step Sequencer):

Here is the setting you need for switching between normal remix mapping and sequencer mapping using SHIFT+BROWSE:

Now, if you look at the assignment list, you can see that the BROWSE button toggles the sequencer (ON/OFF)

Tried it, but did not work :(

What do you do to load a remix set with samples? How should it work? How do you expect it to work?

What is not working. Please post some pictures.
