Why won't Native Access install Komplete Kontrol

Hello! ive been having trouble getting komplete Kontrol to install. when i open NA. it shows that the Komplete Kontrol app needs to be repaired, tried it a couple times and it just hangs on install, some times for hours. I have uninstalled KK app and all other paths and folders for KK, when i reboot and try to install again it still hangs on the install. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Also, please quit / force quit Native Access and restart your computer.

I am having the exact same problem. The Komplete Kontrol install just sits there seemingly forever. Everything else successfully installs fine (although Super 8 now crashes on load, but I started a separate discussion for that).

Thank you! I will likely be doing a complete windows reinstall this weekend, as the assessment from the data dump for my other issue seemed to point to a very unhappy current Windows 10 installation. Will see if this issue is also resolved in the grand reinstall. cheers!
