Unable to change account e-mail

I found the support form specifically for if you have lost access to the e-mail in your NI profile/login. I filled out all the pages. NONE of them asked for my current e-mail I wish to switch/merge to. I was asked to enter the e-mail currently associated with my account so you could contact me - the one to which I have no access. I was asked to enter all old e-mail addresses of which it is one and none of which I have access to. I was NOT asked to enter my current e-mail so I entered it on the detailed comments page. I have little doubt an e-mail (possibly with further instructions) has been sent to the address listed on my account; the one I have no access to and am trying to change because of that…

Please, do not tell me to ask for help on a form because you only seem to want to contact me with the e-mail I cannot access. Please, do not put a link to the form I have already filled out which does NOT anywhere ask for the e-mail I want to switch to.

    I see that you successfully contacted my colleagues and they got back to you regarding this issue. All should be fixed by now.
