Kann nachweisen das ich das Produkt mit Software gebraucht gekauft habe.
Es lag nur eine Karte mit Hardware Seriennummer bei. Hat die Software Pro3 einen eigen Code?

The software has no own registration code in the box. At least it was that way with my S4 Mk3 last yeart. Usual way would be - as pointed out by @MOLEX - to contact the seller. He/She has to generate a licence transfer ID in his/her account and send it to you. With that you can register and get your software licence.
If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process.
