Comment annuler un transfert de licence suite à une vente qui n'a pas eu lieu ?

J'ai un s4mk3 j'ai fais un transfert de licence et l'acheteur ne souhaite plus l'acheter. Je souhaiterai revenir en arrière donc annuler le transfert sauf que je n'ai plus accès au logiciel traktor pro 4 il est figer et l'interface est en mode Deck Layout. Impossible de réinstaller le logiciel. Que faire ?

I have an s4mk3, I have made a license transfer and the buyer no longer wants to buy it. I would like to go back so cancel the transfer except that I no longer have access to the traktor pro 4 software, it is frozen and the interface is in Deck Layout mode. Unable to reinstall the software. What to do?

You can cancel the transfer in your NI account from this page - My Transfers | License Transfer (native-instruments.com). You'll see a "Cancel this transfer" button next to each transfer that's not been completed.

The transfer request shouldn't affect your use of the software if it's not been accepted as the product will stay in your account. Can you uninstall and reinstall Traktor from Native Access?
