X1 MRK3 not recognised

Hi I have just bought and registered in NA my  X1 MK3 .
However since then my Traktor Pro4 is not able to recognize it, it doesn't show up in controllers, as i t did before i registered it ? It did work on my Traktor Pro 3 , now it doesn't show up or connect in either.
In TP4 preferences device setup controller manager N/A or shows as None. Ive downloaded and installed the latest firmware and drivers,
I run it on DEll XPS 13, USB C via a hub.

Any suggestions welcome.

Heyo!

Since it doesnt connect with Traktor Pro 3 anymore and It used to before, sounds to me like it could be the cable or the connection. Have you tried using a different one? You can check this article about which cable is suitable.
