Is anyone else unable to drag and drop music from music to traktor 4?

Since upgrading to traktor 4 I've lost the ability to drag any music files into a deck or my collection. When refreshing my music library this also regularly fails. Has anyone had the same issue

    Here Traktor Pro 4 on Windows 11 with Intel CPU, no problems dragging songs into the deck either from the collection or from a folder.

    But I usually only use the collection and don't drag the songs into the deck with the mouse, I do it with the controller.

    Maybe you can describe the problem in a bit more detail and, above all, what kind of hardware and operating system it doesn't work on.

    Heyo!

    Have you scanned your collection for any corrupted files? Maybe this is not allowing Traktor to drag your tracks.

    Did you by chance change Traktor to run as administrator? I believe when you do that it disables drag and drop. Same thing happens with Ableton. Although this problem happened on windows 10. I haven't checked for a couple years.
