It's really disappointing that we have to deal with support like this.

I purchased Thrill today using Klarna and applied a discount voucher to help with the cost. Unfortunately, the voucher no longer works, so I can’t use it again now to try again. After completing the payment, I was redirected to a page that said my session had timed out. Now, Klarna has taken the money from my account, but I haven’t received the product. I’m really frustrated. I’ve contacted customer service twice and haven’t gotten a response yet. Klarna claims the payment didn’t go through and that it will fall off soon, but the amount is still pending in my account. I either want my money back or the product because this situation isn’t acceptable.

    I'm sure they'll get back to you as the support team is probably gone for the weekend at this point. In the meantime monitor your email and you'll probably get the notice that it's available for download and when you check your Native Access it will be there ready to install. Sometimes it takes a bit for the transaction to get authorized and queued up for delivery from NI. Just keep checking Native Access and it will probably be there waiting for you.
