I purchased Thrill today using Klarna and applied a discount voucher to help with the cost. Unfortunately, the voucher no longer works, so I can’t use it again now to try again. After completing the payment, I was redirected to a page that said my session had timed out. Now, Klarna has taken the money from my account, but I haven’t received the product. I’m really frustrated. I’ve contacted customer service twice and haven’t gotten a response yet. Klarna claims the payment didn’t go through and that it will fall off soon, but the amount is still pending in my account. I either want my money back or the product because this situation isn’t acceptable.
