Important Update on License Issue in Komplete Start

We are reaching out to let you know about an issue we’re working through regarding Samplemodeling Brass Bundle licenses.

Between September 23rd and 29th, some Komplete Start users incorrectly received licenses for the Samplemodeling Brass Bundle. This was the result of a human error combined with a missed quality control step. We want to clarify that Leap Acoustic Drums is the correct product available in Komplete Start and Samplemodeling Brass Bundle was never intended to be included in it.

We take full responsibility for this mistake, and we have since addressed this and prevented any further licenses from being distributed. 

We are working with Samplemodeling to rectify this mistake, and as there is no valid contract for the use of Brass Bundle within Komplete Start, all inadvertently assigned Samplemodeling Licenses are invalid and have been revoked already.

However, we are currently contacting a small number of users who activated the license before the correction and who may still have access.

The Samplemodeling Brass Bundle is a premium product offered exclusively through samplemodeling.com and is not available through Native Instruments at this point. With precision and adaptability at its core, it's a valuable tool for composers and musicians seeking professional-grade sound.

We apologize for any confusion this error may have caused, and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this matter swiftly. We understand that this may be frustrating for users who were happy to accidentally receive such a high-end product and we will reach out individually.
