15 Ultimate Demo Mode issue

Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I successfully entered the serial number for the Komplete 15 Ultimate Upgrade (NFR) and installed Kontakt 8 along with other instruments. However, I am currently seeing them in Demo Mode.
Could you please advise me on how to fix this issue? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
