Cue knob on Traktor S4 mk3 not working

The cue knob when the headphone cue button is on does not let me listen to deck A or deck B when turning knob to the left or right. When knob is all the way to the left, no volume. When it's all the way to the right, I hear both decks.

Please help me fix this! What is wrong?

Sounds a bit like your output routing settings are messed up.

Can you share a screenshot of the "audio setup" and "output routing" settings?

Make sure it looks similar to this, where monitor is routed to headphones and master to main:

yes my settings are correct from what i believe. even with the output on headphones, when i turn the headphone mix knob all the way to the left, there is no sound and when i turn it to the right, i hear both tracks. and the headphone cue buttons are on.
