Abbey Road 60s drummer and Kontakt player fail to download

Every time I try to download Abbey Rd 60s drummer and the Kontakt player on Native Access it fails. My OS is Sonoma. I purchased Abbey Road 60s drummer 2 years ago and could not use it with my OS because it was too new at the time and was not compatible.

Does anyone have a solution for me?
