after purchasing K15 Ultimate I downloaded all that was shown on my native access but then realized all these products were missing - (weren't on the download list) -

did write to support team and no solution yet,,,

does somebody have a clue what to do?

It seems that you were able to get this fixed with our support. Kithara is not part of Komplete 15 Ultimate, it's only available in the Collector's Edition.
