Failure in the Location of the Content Folders, and in the Software Installation Folder

Good afternoon Community.

I am trying to Update KONTAK PLAYER 7 and Fix the Location of KOMPLETE KONTROL, which tells me Native Access that there is an Update for KONTAKT and to Repair KOMPLETE KONTROL, and I am getting a Failure in the Location of the Software Installation Folder that I installed back in the day on a hard drive.

The External Hard Drive where I installed all the Software Files (NOT the Content Folder (Presets, Sound Banks and so on)) changed its letter when I inserted it into another Computer and I had to accept so that the Hard Drive would recognize that computer.

The thing is that, when I select the location of the Folder in Native Access, it finds it on the External Hard Drive despite having changed the Letter, but it doesn't let me install there, and not in C:/ (Root Directory and where it is normally installs everything by Default).

I have tried Reinstall, and it doesn't let me either, it gives me the same error.

I have installed software to supposedly fix it, and nothing, I still have the same with the KONTAKT 7 Player Update, and with the error that it cannot find KOMPLETE KONTROL.

To make matters worse, the KONTAKT 8 Player Installation appeared, and I was able to install it without any problems in the External Hard Drive Folder.

Has the same or something similar happened to any of you?
