hi i just installed kontakt 6 player on my laptop which has windows 11 . i5 processor etc. and it keeps crushing btw im also using voicemeeter potato but i dont think thats related to the issue .please help .

However then on Windows then if you have already checked the support article 'Kontakt Crashes' and disregarding hardware related problems then what you typically will check for is damaged system files or other damaged files including wrong versions , incompatibility with other software and other access problems (Windows or other programs interfering).
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
and also try Using Windows diagnostic mode to troubleshoot issues (guide linked to is for Autodesk software but is a general guide that you can use)

i have similar issue. New PC, Intel i7 , Win 11, open Kontakt 6 in standalone mode and imidatley a error message appear: …. a major problem … with crashlog.
