in Komplete General

I bought Komplete 15 ultimate and am missing arkhis… on the comparison list it was included.

    Yes I have the same situation as you, I just bought the Komplete 15 Ultimate, does anyone know what's going on?

    I contacted support and they sent me a link to download and expand a 13 gig file… got it up and running but it says demo when using it… submitted that problem as well… waiting to hear back tomorrow morning….

    NI has to sort it out on their Native Access servers as Arkhis was only previously available in the Collector's Edition of Komplete 13 and Komplete 14, and it seems it is now available for Komplete 15 Ultimate and Komplete 15 Collector's Edition based on their Komplete software bundle comparison page. Perhaps someone at NI forgot to checkmark Arkhis on their NA servers for Komplete 15 Ultimate users?

    I think NI probably should have put a couple of people on the task of double and triple-checking the list of products included with all the variants of K15. There seems to have been some rather embarrassing clerical mistakes in this area.

    Especially with the laws in some parts of the world being so strict on what a company may and may not do.
