unable to login to native access 2

Hi

I've tried to install (again) NA2 and still run into the "unable to login" error.

I've reached out your support last time and we ended up with an install of NA 1, which was also bugged (I couldn't download my VST from it, support ended up sharing me those files through a google drive.
By then I just wanted to install one VST I purchased, it took me like a good week of e-mails and stuff…I'm really exhausted and a bit impressed by how profoundly issued can be a simple launcher. Like…it's just a launcher, a tool here to help download your assets, possibly buy new ones. It HAS to be simple to launch.

Here I just wanted to check if you've worked out that problem after 5 months (we discussed in april 2024). Bug is still there.

I'm not using a VPN, only antiviruses I have is windows 10's default one.
I've restarted my PC. Several times. I even tried once to install and run in safe mode, just in case. Still not able to just log-in.
I don't know what is the origin of the bug (I heavily suspect that NTKDaemon.exe), perhaps look at how other launchers are build (steam would be a great example to follow. I'm sure their devs would be happy to help you out or guide you so you could fix your launcher and make us super happy :))

    I have the same issue. Running a MAC on OS 13.5.6. Not running a VPN.

    Worked fine yesterday. Doesn't work today. Followed the instructions in the Support article. Nothing.

    little hint I'd say :

    I've tried to launch native access 2 and log-in on a win11 computer : it worked perfectly.

    Yet it's not my DAW which can only use win10. Any update from the devs ?

    …………….and here I thought I was alone not getting a response. Everything worked fine a few weeks ago. Come in one day and open NA…nope. I've tried everything support has suggested, sent screenshots. Nothing. Windows 11, Studio One 6+, NA2

    Damn…Funny but not funny. I hope this silence is due to a fantastic new and upcoming version that will work for everyone.

    Still I wonder, is there a way to download VST from my account here on the website ? At some point I seriously consider piracy would be legit to get the tools I bought…
