It's not registered on Native Access. When I try and use my serial number, it says it's invalid. I purchases the software in 2018 and still have a receipt but need to replace my Windows laptop soon and move the software across.

Maybe it's on an older account? I think in 2018 you already had to register it to use it.
If it's not there, you might have to contact support.
