Komplete Kontrol not working properly with UJAM

I bought the UJAM bedroom bundle recently from native instruments thinking it will work properly with Komplete Kontrol.

However the UJAM plugins are showing as folders in Komplete Kontrol, not pictures ( updated to latest version)

Also I can preview the sound but the plugins are not opening in Komplete Kontrol.

I will think that the plugins should have been working perfectly in Komplete Kontrol before Native Instruments should sell them as such which appears to be false marketing to buyers.

Not sure how to resolve this compatibility.

They seems to be able to run as its own instruments but cannot launch in Komplete Kontrol.

How do we fix this?

    For the record. I'm having issues with Ujam and KK as well. Mine will completely lock up Logic when I duplicate a track with one the KK Ujam Projects. And sometimes will just not allow a project to be re-opened with one of the instances loaded. I hope we have some updates to address this coming soon!

    That screenshot is massively blurry - but it should be mentioned that only a very specific subset of UJAM plugins are actually NKS compatible.

    I use UJAM over here as well but NKS compatibility is a requirement for my workflow so I only ever buy UJam stuff that appears on this specific listing and nothing else.

    To their credit - UJAM has issued a series of new updates (most recent on Sep 6, 2024) to bring more of their instruments into full NKS compatibility - but many are still a work in progress.

    Finally - For those new updates that are now full NKS - UJAM did a great job. The integration with my S61 MKII is brilliant.

    Buyer beware on UJAM if NKS is a thing for you.

    UJAM App 1.0.6, and latest software versions as per UJAM download / website

    I have been doing lots of un- and re-installs of various software / apps, be that UJAM and KK, as well as even re-installing MacOS itself.

    For now, removing ALL UJAM VP and USYNTH libraries from my system lets me run KK normally.

    The NKS-compatible BM, VB, VD and VG series within KK seem to work as they should - evidence of a likely issue within the VP and USYNTH frameworks / NKS structure.

    Of course, none of the companies concerned pay or compensate me for doing all this work to figure out why their products don't work properly. And doing the "it's-not-us-so-its-probably-them" developer merry-go-round is an additional waste of my time and an insult to any paying customer.

    As per previous posts: BUYER BEWARE indeed!
