I bought an orchestral essentials from https://projectsam.com/ website. In the latest update or your updates, there was a problem and I cannot close the sound within Sibelius 7.5.1 and I cannot get the piece back. The sound does not close, but if I turn off the Sibelius software, it can be a way of salvation. I have no other way of salvation.

How can I get rid of it?

    Are you able to open the instrument in Kontakt in standalone?

    What version of Kontakt were you using before the update? We can give you an installer for that version to try if needed.

    I can open the instrument independently with Contact. But I can't use it. I can't control the sound on Silabius. The sound does not close and the echo does not end. After completely closing Sibelius, the sound closes. Otherwise, he does not close. I cannot make back or forward key on the portra.
