How can add libraries that I've activated on another computer on my laptop?

Hi there, I recently got a new laptop to be able to work on stuff away from home and I wanted to my plugin library set back up. I have copies of Krimh Drums free and Jacob Collier's Audience Choir, and when I installed Native Access and Kontakt onto my new laptop, I didn't see them. So I thought that maybe I would just have to reactivate the libraries and went to punch in my serial for Krimh. Lo and behold, it tells me I can't cause I've already activated the product before. How can I get my libraries on my new laptop? Do I just move the files from my PC at home and import them on the laptop or is there something else I can do?

    UPDATE: I have found that I still have the Audience Choir library, I just for some reason don't have my copy of Krimh Drums.
