Can't install Native Access

Dear fellowers

I can't install Native Access. When installation is about to finish my win 11 laptop says (google translate from danish):

Windows could not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the necessary rights to access the item.

I've installed steinberg cubase, various vst-i and effects without problems. I'm admin myself.

Anybody knows a solution?
