I found out that most of Kontakt Play Series intruments (Stacks, Melted Vibes, Glaze etc) have the best sound when the effects are turned off. It's like a completely different sound. More unique and in your face sound. If you need some reverb, just use external plugin with minimal wet percentage.

For kind of music I worked on like hip-hop, RnB alike, it is so much better with effects section turned off. Maybe with ambience type music the effects are good.

Another tip : Raum default preset is the best reverb sound I've ever heard
