Why won't Kontakt 7 Factory Library Download to my Computer?

I just purchased K7 yesterday. I have been trying since yesterday to get the Kontakt Factory Library to download to my computer. I have a new (3 months old) Dell XPS desktop that is a monster (has a ton of everything). I have never had a problem with getting anything put on my system, except this. First of all, what file do I have to send the Library to for it to work? I tried both C and D drives. It seems to be very particular about where it ends up. It will run for a couple of hours, acting like it's going to be downloaded, then it says that the download has failed. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I did not really want to purchase this product, but I did because there aren't many other good options out there. I would appreciate any advice on how to get this fixed. Thank you.
