Traktor Kontrol Z2 (not connected)

Hi all - I cannot get the audio to work on my Z2, it has worked fine for years, now the audio won't connect. Output routing also not connected.

I have updated the software, restarted the laptop, checked my native PC sound card and all seems to be working properly. The USB cable also seems to be fine, I am able to select a tune for each deck, the mixer is lit up as it should be when not in direct mode, so this tells me the cable is working fine. Any ideas?! Have you tried a different USB cable (or two)? I had a similar problem with an S8 - I did try another cable, replaced the PSU and nothing worked. Last resort was yet another cable which worked perfectly, even with the original PSU.

Thanks for the response! My view is it must be the USB cable or the sound card. With the cable though, with it plugged in the mixer lights up as it should and I am able to select songs, which to may says it is fine. However I will be getting a new cable today to test.
