I cannot get the richness of sound from the Grandeur Piano as in their video.

I am using a Motu interface and KRK5 speakers. The volume is turned up completely on the Grandeur software, and the speakers and Moto remain at the same settings as when I get the great sound from the NativeInstruments' video about the product. Ideas?
