Hello,

I wanted to switch back to traktor 2. I have bought Traktor 2 a long time ago for 100 euros. At that time everything worked only now the version has changed and I have no more settings and no controller is recognized (Pioneer DDJ-SB2, Pioneer DDj-800)

I have to spend another 150 euros now and buy Traktor 4, because I don't want that. I have already bought the original version of Traktor 2.

It would be great if someone could help me.

    Hello @Freaksound ,

unfortunately NI doesn't state compatibility of legacy products with Windows as clearly as they do for macOS. But as Traktor Pro 2 wasn't a current product at the release of Windows 11 I understand the support article in that way that Traktor Pro 2 isn't compatible with Windows 11.

As your Traktor Pro 2 licence isn't compatible with Windows 11 Native Access doesn't offer an Traktor Pro 2 for installation. Traktor DJ 2 is a different product that doesn't work with third party controllers at all. You have selected your DDJ-800 as audio interface there.

To use your controllers with Traktor on Windows 11 you need at least Traktor Pro 3. As Traktor Pro 3 is EOL since July you cannot buy it anymore. Therefore you need Traktor Pro 4 which is a paid upgrade. As you have a Traktor Pro 2 licence you are eligible to an upgrade pricing of 104€ in stead of 149€.

Another option would be to downgrade your computer to Windows 10 as this is compatible with Traktor Pro 2.

…I want at least my old tractor version back where I could adjust everything. This one I sit on is completely without settings…

That the controller not workt is very bad.

In my version I don't even have the possibility to load a mapping into it

    Traktor DJ 2 isn't Traktor Pro 2.

You probably need to enable legacy products in Native Access so you can see Traktor Pro 2

If your Mac OS version is too new the old Traktor version will not work, in which case you will need to get a current Traktor version or downgrade your operating system.

Can you buy the Traktor Pro 2 version somewhere, I'll find something about it again. I have update to Traktor 4 for 75 euros and buy completely 150 euros more I can not choose very bad that the old tractor version that ran great with my DDJ-SB2 is no longer available. I tried downgrading but can't be installed. I tried to use an old tractor 2 but my serial number has letters and numbers and when activating it I can't enter letters in a version I like, so it's now 150 euros extra. I thought I could use everything completely with my version for 99 euros at the time. I think it's really bad that I'm sitting here now with this version and should continue to spend money, even though the software was running at the time

Like I said, enable show discontinued products in Native Access' settings.
