i am having troubles adding my serial to the ni access and i want to know how i can my full access to the maschine 2 library bout the software and i still cant add the serial

What OS?
What version of Native Access?
Where did the serial come from?
If you bought the Maschine 2 software via the NI store - the serial is issued to your NI acct (at purchase) and when you login to Native Access - the software just appears - ready to install. No serial to enter.
Update when you can.
