pre listening with Komplete Audio 6

Hi guys

This is the scenario

Traktor 4
Traktor X1 MK3 without problems
Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 Sound Interface

Presound works correctly when I disconnect the audio interface and use the Traktor cable.

When I put the interface and configure Output 3-4 for monitor and Output 1-2 for master it is impossible to pre-listen to the deck that is not active at that moment.

When I click on the headphones icon I make sure that the assignment button is 100% to the left. I always hear the active deck, but never the one I want to pre-listen to before launching.

In the third image I hear DECK A through the speaker and the headphones, but I can't hear DECK B only through the headphones.

The headphones works, the configuration is correct and there are no compatibility problems because tehy are NI products.

And do you have switch on KA6 set to 3-4 and knob close to headphones turned to Host?

A do not have that interface, but I guess it is the way to get out channels 3/4 to headphones.

OH My God ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

This morning when I was walking the dogs I realized that I was connecting the headphones to the front output, and not to 3-4 even though I had it configured there.
Now it works perfectly.
