I have the Z1 controller but it's not working

Hi there,

I am trying to make my Z1 controller work, before I just had to plug it and now it's not working.

The filters in the computer look like they are moved, but my controller they are just on zero.

Then, when I unplug and plug the controller in the USB slot the A and B LEVEL light go from down to up and then the controller just goes off again with no lights and it doesn't work.

It just asks me if I want to swich my audio to the Z1 but then nothing happens and I can't use the control.

Someone please help me.

I'd check if Controller Manager can still detect the unit. Then put it into the MIDI Mode and try to assign commands to your knobs. If the value still jumps even without touching the knob then you may have a faulty knobs on your hardware.
