Solved! Because i used submaps(to keep everything clean) NI didnt copy the submap in register editor.
I had to add the submap in register editor manually for all the expansions.
Go to Register Editor>Hkey-local-machine>software>Native Instruments>Look for the expansion name and click on it>on the right you see content dir, click on it>adjust> and add the submap after\content.

Could we get a few more informations? Like what's your operating system?
Could it be that you are in the user library and not the factory library?
If that's not the issue, can you share screenshots? Is it only expansions and libraries missing? Can you see groups? Instruments?

Hmzz today i have the factory selection and maschine but not the expansions.
Could this be because the expansions are in a sub map and maschine is looking only in the content map?

Sorry but the resolution of the screenshots is a little bit too low and it's impossible to read paths and all.
How do these expansions show in Native Access? As installed? To repair?
Have you tried to rescan the libraries here?
You could also try to reset Maschine's database:
Reinitialize the Maschine Database
- Note: The "AppData" folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden Windows folders.
- Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Maschine 2 folder.
- Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
- Reopen the Maschine software to check that the issue has been resolved.
