Cannot access native access despite password changes?

I've changed my password three times and I cannot access my native access download via the downloaded app. Any advice?

Thank you everyone so much. I resolved the issue, it wasn't on Native Instruments' end, it was mine with my Mac password! So sorry to waste everyone's time.
