Native Access Always Displays Broken Kontakt 5

On MacOS 12 Monterey, Native Access 3.13.0 displays an old Kontakt 5 icon under "All". It fails to install or repair it (falsely complaining about some path issue, which is neither an issue nor fixable). Kontakt 5 is not installed on my system, there are no preferences for it that I can find. The icon doesn't even display the name of the product, it just shows the old kontakt image and allows one to view the release notes, the last of which is 5.8.1.

I don't use kontakt 5, and I don't need it. But after going through the usual paths and verifying that files are not present, I still see this uninstallable phantom product appear at the top of Native Access tool, falsely promising the option of installing it.

I have checked and removed everything on the following paths. What else can one do to remove this?
