Why Settings GUI in Traktor 4 changed - Bad highlight?

I just like to ask if you all prefer the new GUI instead the old?

I really dont like it in the preference/settings.

The highlights (cyan/blue) and grey to bright white in TP3 was in my opinion much better to recognise and to see in TP3 instead of the new TP4.

Values and so on are less highlighted and also my chosen points.
It takes more time to recognize what i have to change - which is important when i dj or im short before a gig.

What you all think about that and @NI maybe you can think about getting back a way of highlighting the chosen settings and values? Would be so much appreciated.

I completely agree with you and you are certainly not alone in this opinion. In a way, the layout of TP2 seems visibly outdated nowadays, but it was much clearer. After a while, I was also able to appreciate the layout of TP3. The layout of TP4 is really not successful and seems thrown together. It doesn't seem well thought out and is in many ways a deterioration compared to the previous versions. I think that they simply had to/wanted to do it in order to convey the version jump better.
